HAPPY UFO DAY!!!

June 24 - the first "Flying Saucer"

On June 24, 1947, pilot Kenneth Arnold sighted a series of unidentified flying objects near Washington's Mt. Rainier.  It was the first widely reported UFO sighting in the United States, and, Arnold's description of what he saw led the press to coin the term flying saucer.

Arnold was an experienced pilot, with more than 9,000 hours of flying time. He had diverted from his flight plan -- Chehalis to Yakima, Washington -- to search for a Marine Corps C-46 transport plane reported down in the Cascades near the southwest slope of Mt. Rainier.  The afternoon was crystal clear and he was cruising at an altitude of 9,200 feet.  A minute or two after noting a DC-4 about 15 miles behind and to the left of him, he was startled by something bright reflecting off his plane.  At first he thought he had nearly hit another aircraft but as he looked off in the direction the light had come from, he saw nine "peculiar-looking" aircraft flying rapidly in formation toward Mt. Rainier.

As the strange, tailless craft flew between his plane and Mt. Rainier and then off toward distant Mt. Adams, Arnold noted their remarkable speed -- he later calculated that they were moving at around 1,700 mph -- and said he got a pretty good look at their black silhouettes outlined against Rainier's snowy peak.  He later described them as saucer-like disks.  At the time, he assumed they were some kind of experimental military aircraft. If they were, nobody in the War Department (soon to be merged into the Department of Defense) was saying.  In fact, the official Army Air Corps position was that Arnold had either seen a mirage or was hallucinating.  He insisted he was perfectly alert and lucid, and he invited both the Army and the FBI to investigate. The Army sent a couple of officers out to talk with Arnold.  Even though they concluded that "a man of [his] character and apparent integrity" almost certainly saw what he claimed to have seen, the Army's initial verdict remained, and still remains unchanged.

And the rest is history.

July 2, 1947 - Roswell, N.M.

During the first week of July 1947, rancher William "Mack" Brazel discovered a large amount of unusual debris scattered widely over his ranch about 75 miles northwest of Roswell.  Neighbors told him he should go to Roswell to report his find.  Brazel informed the local sheriff in Roswell, George M. Wilcox, that he may have found a "flying disk" and Wilcox then contacted the local USAAF airbase in Roswell.  The base commander, Colonel William Blanchard, sent his head Intelligence Officer, Major Jesse Marcel, with the head of the Roswell Army Counterintelligence Corps, Sheridan Cavitt, to investigate. Marcel and Cavitt went with Brazel to his ranch, retrieved some of the debris and returned with it to the Roswell base on the evening of July 7.  Some debris was later flown to Wright Field in Dayton, Ohio, home of the USAF's aeronautical research labs.

The next afternoon, July 8, Col. Blanchard issued an official USAAF press release from Roswell reporting that a "flying disk" had been found "sometime last week" by a local rancher and that it had been recovered by the Intelligence Office at the base for transfer to "higher headquarters". United Press also reported that residents near the ranch saw "a strange blue light several days ago about 3 a.m."  The intelligence office of the 509th Bombardment group at Roswell Army Air Field announced that the Field had come into possession of a flying saucer.

However, on July 9, the army changed it's story and stated that the disk was really a harmless high-altitude weather balloon.   Bodies which were found at the crash site were claimed to be experimental dummies or hallucinations brought on by stress, despite the fact that the RAAF had contacted a local mortician and asked him to provide them with several child-sized coffins for remains of bodies.  Since then, the official Air Force story remains unchanged.

And the rest is history.

Fast Forward to UFO Day 2015

Sightings, crashes, recovered bodies, testimony, over and over and over.  After all the testimony and evidence, the official government explanation of UFOs remains the same -  balloons, swamp gas, weather phenomena, hallucinations, hoaxes and downright lies.  One day, the truth will come out.  Some of us will still be around to see it, and those of us who aren't, already know the truth.  So . . . . . . .

HAPPY UFO Day !!!!

EXPERIENCER THERAPY / PAST LIFE REGRESSION (or Here We Go Again!)

The human mind is one of the most amazingly complex, convoluted things in the universe.  If you don’t believe that, just try to explain some of the dreams you have had, your teenage daughter's addiction to social media, or your inexplicable fear of toast.  If that doesn’t prove it, nothing will.  Those of us who navigate the labyrinth of the human mind in an attempt to bring some order to the chaos know there’s nothing simple when it comes to the human psyche or its expression in behavior.  Past Life Regression (PLR) is one way to explore the labyrinth.   Many experiencers ask me about the safety and efficacy of PLR to explore or piece together memories of ET contact/abduction events, so here are some FAQs that might be helpful.

Q:    What is Past Life Regression?
A:    PLR involves standard hypnosis techniques and guided imagery.  It is safe and most people find it very interesting.  PLR is a useful therapeutic tool for helping people break habits, overcome fears and phobias, change negative mental programming, and recover memories.  PLR is also a popular tool for self-exploration and spiritual development - even if you find out that you really weren’t Cleopatra or Jesus Christ in a past life.

Q:    I know I have had ET contact, should I get PLR to remember?
A:    PLR is only one of the therapies used to recover and integrate ET contact memories; an experienced skilled therapist will help you decide what is best for you.

Q:    Do you really go back in time?
A:    No.  It may seem like it, but PLR is not time travel.  Which is good, because you might not be able to out run that dinosaur this time.  In PLR, you remain firmly rooted in the present, while recalling your lives in the past.  PLR therapy requires that you accept – or at least be open-minded to - the possibility that you have lived lives before this.  If you believe that the here-and-now is all there is, you probably won’t be successful with PLR.

Q:    Is it possible to see future lives?
A:    Yes.  You may see lives that haven't happened yet.  No one knows how that's possible, but it does sometimes happen.

Q:    Will PLR work for me?
A:    Yes, if you want it to and are open to the process.  PLR isn't something that a hypnotherapist makes you do.  It is an exploration that you do with the guidance and help of a hypnotherapist.  PLR is more challenging than standard hypnosis because it’s necessary to achieve a trance state deeper than in standard hypnosis.  It may take a little work, but most people are successful.  And the good news is that hypnosis is a skill that can be developed, so the more you do it, the easier it will be.  Be patient and non-judgmental  and you will succeed.

Q:    Can I be hypnotized?
A:    About 25% of the general population are very easily hypnotized. The remaining 75% - the majority of the population – may have a little difficulty, but are hypnotizable.  Individuals who suffer from certain mental, psychological or developmental illnesses, attention deficit disorders or heavy drug or alcohol use, may not be hypnotizable.  Otherwise, everyone who wants to be hypnotized can be.  Remember that you can never be hypnotized if you don't want to be - and you can never be hypnotized into doing anything you don’t want to do.  You’re always in control.

Q:    How do I know if what I’m seeing and experiencing in hypnosis is real or if I’m just making it up?
A:    This is probably the most common question I get.  My answer is always the same – if you are making it up, you will know you are.  If you have a doubt, then your experience is probably real.  Doubt is normal.  It’s simply your logical, conscious mind doing its job.  Your therapist can explain how your mind works and what to expect.

Q:    What if I don’t like the lifetime I see?
A:    You can choose to be completely immersed in a life you are viewing or to remain detached.  Your therapist will help you deal with anything that may be uncomfortable for you.  And you are always in charge and can move on to another life or end the session anytime you want.  Keep in mind that even though you are the same person you were three lifetimes ago, the circumstances then were different from today.  You may see yourself doing things or even being a certain type of person you would never do or be now.  But don’t judge yourself because of who you were.  Whoever you were was a human being worthy of respect with something to teach you today.

Q:    Will my session be recorded?
A:    That’s up to you and your therapist.  But most people do record their sessions in order to fully remember what they experienced.  Also, in the days, weeks and months after your PLR session, memories may continue to come back to you in pieces, and listening to the recording can be helpful in putting those memories into context.  Some therpists may allow videotaping of sessions.

Q:    Should I go to a hypnotist who is specially trained in PLR?
A:    Again, that’s up to you.  PLR is safe, but it’s more complicated than other types of therapy, so it’s better to seek out a therapist who has specialized training in it.  A Certified Hypnotherapist is your best bet.  You’ll have a better experience and get more for your money.  PLR downloads and CDs are a waste of time and money for most people.

Q:    What results can I expect?
A:    You can expect an interesting and maybe even life-changing experience.  But keep in mind that any hypnotist or therapist who says he or she can guarantee 100% success with 100% of the people, 100% of the time, is either delusional or just interested in separating you from your hard-earned cash.  There are some very skilled hypnotists, but the success of any type of hypnotherapy session – and especially PLR - is based not only on the skill of the therapist, but also on the client, and is affected by many things.

Comments from a few of my PLR clients:

“It was an amazing experience.  I don’t know what to think.  I was more relaxed than I’ve been in a long time.  It’s like I’ve just been watching a movie.  I was just there and it was happening.  Wow.”  C.J.

“It was like you said – things were kinda foggy right after the session.  But a few days later, I started remembering things from early in my childhood, and I could see how they came from the past life I saw.  I’ve always known there were special connections with me and my father and now I know why.”  R.P.

“Wow.  It wasn’t like I thought it would be at all.  At first I couldn't see anything, but then it just came together.  I never thought I would be able to do something like this.  Thanks for your patience and help.”  A.L.

“I listened to the recording of my session last night.  I’m stunned.  Even though I was a woman in my past life, I know it was me.  This answers a lot of questions and opens up others.”  R.M.

“When can I do it again?”  T.D.
