HAPPY ALL HALLOWS EVE**

T'is the season for witches, ghosts, goblins and sexy nurse costumes (on most people, truly horrifying) and the perfect time to talk about a spirit channeling session I recently attended.  While most of the information that came forth over the course of the evening dealt with issues of the living, some were directed to the spirit world - particularly appropriate for this time when the veil between the living and the dead is thinner than usual.  [Cue evil laughter.]

The channeling session was conducted by a psychic/medium who reads cards and palms at a local new age store and this evening had agreed to channel for a group of academics, scientists and sundry skeptics - otherwise known as running the gauntlet.  Ground rules for the evening were: each person could ask one question, anyone who experienced head-spinning, cursing in dead languages, projectile vomiting or bouts of laughter during the session must excuse themselves from the room, and no alcoholic beverages could be consumed in the presence of the spirit.  No explanation was made for the latter, but from some of the answers that came forth, I suspect that the spirit had been a tippler in life.  Actually, I think the last rule was made up by the hostess, for the sake of the carpet, instead of being an edict from beyond the pale.

After all beverages had been banished to the kitchen, everyone settled in and got comfortable, and our psychic opened up the floor for pre-channeling questions from the audience.  One querent (we’ll call him Mr. X) asked, “Is it okay to ask questions about what it’s like in the spirit world?”  A good question, which our psychic answered affirmatively.  She then settled into her seat at the head of the circle, closed her eyes and called forth her guide – the spirit of a 17th Century midwife (spirit description changed to protect the innocent) to speak through her.  I have done some of this, but not in a long time, so I was surprised when I began channeling, along with the professional psychic.  A tall, light being (ET?) who I had seen only once before - at a live webcast (UFO Contact, Paranormal Matrix TV, June 5, 2010) - joined me and began to give me answers to everyone’s questions, at the same time the ex-17th Century midwife was answering through the psychic.  I have found that when light beings come around, it’s a good idea to pay attention; they don't usually drop in just to give someone a hot foot.  Well, not usually.  Anyway, I paid attention, and it was actually fun comparing the answers from my source to the information coming through the psychic.  Our answers were in agreement, in most cases, and I remained silent, since it was her show, not mine.  But my source has a rather blunt and acerbic wit, so I found myself stifling giggles more than a few times during the evening.

Working our way around the circle - question, answer, question, answer - it was eventually Mr. X’s turn.  By this time, everyone was looking forward to finding out what it’s like on the other side – the answer to his question.  Instead, he disappointed everyone, caved in to his ego and asked a different, trick question, designed to make himself look superior and the psychic look like a fake.  (There’s one in every crowd.)  While he succeeded in making himself look like an ass, unfortunately, he also succeeded in making the psychic look, in the eyes of some of the audience, like a fake.

After all questions had been answered – satisfactorily or not – the psychic left and people stood around eating, drinking and discussing the event.  Many seemed to think she was at best a fake, and at worst a fraud.  But I didn’t agree.  I wasn't disappointed at all, because I knew that the secret to getting anything out of these channelings is to ask the right questions.  If there’s one thing you need to know before going to a spirit channel, it’s this - don’t expect to get solid, factual information about the physical (3D) world from the spirit (4D) world.  It won’t happen.  You might as well ask me how to make a choux à la crème, which would be a waste of time, because French cooking and I don’t exist in the same dimension.

The rule of thumb is - don’t go looking for information about the physical world in the spirit world.  There were others in the audience who were sincere and weren’t playing stump the  psychic, but whose questions were not answered satisfactorily either.  Again, because they weren’t appropriate.  Don’t expect answers about the 3D from the 4D.  In most cases, by the time we get into spirit, we are either incapable of connecting with the living (because we've gone on to bigger and better things), or we don’t want to (again, because we've gone on to bigger and better things).  It may sound harsh, but if you managed to pull yourself out of a pool of quicksand onto the solid, safe bank, would you want to jump back in, or would you want to get as far away from it as you could?
Spirits can give us help and information about spiritual things - wisdom, advice, comfort, support, motivation - knowledge that can be very helpful, but when it comes to telling us what to do in the physical world, in most instances, they can't, or won't.  If you want to know which stock to buy - ask a broker.  If you want to know where your recently deceased Uncle Bob buried the money - get a metal detector.
We live in a physical world, and we are, at least on the outside, physical beings.  Death occurs when the brain ceases to function, the organs shut down, body functions cease, and the conscious mind (the seat of logic) and subconscious mind (storehouse of memories and emotions) dissolve, and everything contained therein ceases to exist.  If there is a soul/spirit, it makes its exit at this point.  Where does it go?  Well, I'm not sure, but I am certain that it's farther away than New Jersey.  As much as we don’t like to think about it, when our physical bodies die and our minds dissolve, everything else that we are follows suit.  The spirit is like a puff of smoke, incapable of holding anything physical.  No more logic, no more feelings, no more memories, no more ego, no more physical attachments.  Whenever the physical body dies, there is no longer a connection with the physical world – or to those of us living in the physical world.  There isn’t even memory of the physical world, because there is no mind to hold it or brain to recall it.  Regardless of how connected we are when living or how much we love our family and friends, when we die we transition into a different form and exist in a different form.  The audience that night didn’t understand that.  They were looking for solid answers where there are none.

While the information I got from my source didn’t agree with everything the psychic said, I think she was genuine and honest, and I thought she did okay.  But the whole experience reminded me why I stopped doing group channelings – the people.  The people who make up trick questions to show you up for a fraud, and the sincere people who would be better off not knowing the answers.  As much as we don’t like it or want to accept it, sometimes things, and people, are better left on the other side.

Amen.

ETs Heal Humans in Alternative Clinics

In 1994, an Israeli engineer, medium and channel named Adrian Dvir began to tell the world about his work assisting alien (ET) medical teams in healing humans on Earth.  This type of healing work was nothing new, as human healers had utilized ET assistance in healing in the past.  However, Dvir’s publication of his work on-line and in his books, “X3, Healing Entities and Aliens” and "Cured By Aliens" spread the news worldwide.  Since then, ET medical teams have increased their collaboration with human healers around the world and many people are benefitting from their help.

Why?
The purpose of these efforts by the ETs is to raise public awareness and increase human acceptance of ET existence in the universe and their presence on Earth.  They want us to know that there are benevolent forces in the universe reaching out to us and not all (if any) ETs are bad. This organized ET medical collaboration with human healers represents a leap forward in ET/human contact that goes beyond the experiences of UFO sightings, encounters, abductions, or crash events that happened in the past.  Unlike the popular TV show "V,"  genuine ET medical teams working with humans aren’t interested in enslaving or manipulating anyone.

Who are they and where are they from?
When asked where they are from, the ET doctors and technicians answer variously that they are from other planets, dimensions or timelines.  When seen by the human healer or patient, they typically appear attired in human medical-type garments – lab coats and surgical clothing, gloves and masks.  They don’t usually appear as grays, mantids, Nordics, reptilians or other typical ET forms.  They also state that they are not the groups involved in abduction or experimentation missions.   They are here at this time to use their advanced technology and abilities to help those who want their help.

What do they do?
The ET medical teams do treatments only with the full consent of the person.  No abductions take place and no experiments or treatments are done against the patient's will.  At all times, both the patient and human healer are conscious, safe and in control.  Of the many thousands of people who have experienced this type of therapy, no one has ever reported a negative side effect or any manipulation by the human healer or ET doctors or technicians.  If healing isn't truly desired, nothing will be done.

What does the human healer do?
The human healer works as a facilitator and interpreter.  Unlike hands-on healing therapies (such as Reiki), in which the human healer channels healing energy, the ET medical teams work directly on the patient using advanced technology, equipment and materials.  The ET teams sometimes construct other-dimensional clinics, treatment rooms and operating theaters at the place where the sessions are held.  At other times, ET teams provide their services as mobile clinics or units.  ET teams always work with the assistance of a human healer.

What is the experience like?
During such treatments, patients often feel sensations such as itching, tingling, heat or cold, increase or decrease in gravity, etc.  The ET doctors and technicians are not usually visible to patients, but some patients do see and communicate with the ETs.  Others simply experience a feeling of relaxation and well-being.  Everyone who experiences these treatments reports that they felt relaxed, comfortable and had no pain during the session.  In addition to the medical activity, the ETs sometimes answer questions on different issues, including information about the patient, ET activity on Earth and Earth events, if the information is productive and appropriate.

Can the ETs cure anything?
Just as conventional medicine doesn’t have a cure for every kind of ailment, so too the ET medical teams are sometimes at a loss, despite their advanced knowledge and technology. There are diseases that the ET teams can very effectively cure and there are those for which they have only partial solutions.  We need to remember that healing takes time and, just like in conventional medical treatment, a person may require more than one treatment and follow-up activities over a period of time to complete the healing process.

Since there isn’t any overlap between conventional medicine and medical treatment by ETs, it is recommended that patients take advantage of both.  The best way to deal with medical problems is first to approach conventional medical professionals, and if they cannot provide a satisfactory solution, then combine their efforts with those of an ET medical team.  Contact should be maintained with the conventional doctor throughout.  Conventional medical technology often confirms results achieved by an ET medical team.

If ETs Are Real, Why Don't They Land on the White House Lawn?

ETs are here and have been here since before recorded time.  Some are in contact with Earth beings (fondly known as Us) and some are not.  Some have interacted with  humans openly, and many have stayed in the shadows.  ETs (variously referred to as aliens, monsters, Big Foot, or what-the-hell-was-that? etc.) have evolved on planets and dimensions different from Earth, so their physical abilities, vision and hearing, are different from ours.  Their bodies also vibrate at frequencies different from ours, which makes it difficult or impossible for us to see or hear them.  So if they did decide to land on the White House lawn, we probably wouldn't be able to see them.  ETs will never make themselves known to us in broad daylight until we are ready to receive them without fear or violence.  Knowing the human race, that's not going to happen for a long, long time.

Much of what has been told to Us about Them is myth.  They aren't here to conquer us, strip our planet of its natural resources, drink up all the good liquor, or restock their sperm banks.  They're not gods, they're not infallible or all-powerful, they're not all bad, and they're not all good.  In many ways, they are like humans, which is not surprising, since humans are their adopted children.

Most ETs don't care about the everyday function, aspirations or trials and tribulations of humans.  It's not that they don't respect us, because if they didn't, they would long ago have squashed us unceremoniously under their feet (or whatever organs they move about on).  They simply have other things on their minds.  Earth is widely known as the most difficult planet in the universe on which to survive and make a living.  Trust me, it's not where the average ET wants to honeymoon.  But the Blue Planet is universally known as a perfect laboratory for scientific, cultural and spiritual projects, which makes it a major draw for ETs from all over.

The truth is that there is nothing we can do to prevent ETs from coming here, whatever their purposes, so there's no need to get our knickers all twisted up about it.  For those humans who - fortunately or not, as the case may be - come into contact with ETs, life on this Earth will never be the same.  They will either embrace the experience or spend a lot of time and money in therapy.  The rest of the population should simply blame those bumps in the night and strange images caught on their video cams on their imagination.  The U.S. government has taking that approach for years.

Peace.
